The Glue updated to v1.0.15 with Windows RTAS support

Mainly a compatibility release, v1.0.15 of The Glue is now available as a free update to all customers and includes support for the RTAS format on Windows and support for Logic 9.1.

The Glue v1.0.15

  • New: Windows RTAS support
  • Fixed: Logic in 64 bit mode when using the 32 bit bridge (see note)
  • Fixed: Digital Performer, mono mode now works
  • Fixed: Live in full screen mode, menus now appear correctly
  • Fixed: Pro Tools removed duplicate duplicate plugin entry (see note)
  • Known Issue: you cannot use the vst and au version at the same time in hosts that support both formats (eg Live)

Note to Logic Users

The Logic 9.1.0 32 bit bridge does not currently support sidechains and blanks out the interface when it first loads - you have to click away from The Glue and it redraws properly. These two bugs are known issues that Apple will fix with the 9.1.2 update which will be released soon.

Note to Pro Tools Users

All Pro Tools users should swap all copies of The Glue in their projects over to the "SC" version using v1.0.14 and then save their projects before installing v1.0.15. This can be done by choosing the SC version from the plugin menu without unloading the non-SC version so that all plugin settings are retained.
